Sent us the wrong item. And asked for pictures we send it.. the “ sku number “ is blurry they said… so seeing that they sent us a white lamp with the circle base vs. the black lamp with the V shaped base that we ordered wasn’t good enough until I pointed it out and they responded with thank you for clarifying.. I mean seriously? Also, they waited till I RETURN THERE MISTAKE BEFORE THEY SHIP ME THE RIGHT ITEM! Told them to cancel my order. And keep there lamp… experience was just bad.. and so is costumer service. And they don’t listen EITHER! After I said we don’t want it they are gonna email back and say they are gonna prioritize sending the RIGHT LAMP!
