GHOSTS DISCOVERY SET

These scents literally transform as you wear them. I started out in love with doppelgänger. Bought a full-size immediately because I tried the scents on the included scent cards. Ektoplasma starts out with this spicy scent and then transforms throughout the day. It’s beautiful. I don’t like all the scents the way I expected to immediately like I did the smoke discovery set, but my opinions could change.

This is ethereally clean. It smells exactly like the name evokes in your memory unearthly presence ethereal mist reverence for the dead in a very clean vapor, sort of way

I can see why these scents have such a mixed reception. I personally like Doppleganger the most out of the bunch, Spectral Grace and The Veil are ok. But Ektoplasma and Shadow People are... too sweet. These are likely the two that overwhelm people, as I've seen a sickly too-sweet smell referenced in other reviews. Overall I got what I ordered and satiated my curiosity with this set, but I think smoky, woodys smells are more my thing. And I wouldn't have figured that out without sample sets like these, so I really can't complain. For anyone else looking to purchase, please keep in mind that all of these are on the very sweet/floral side. Doppleganger is the least sweet imo. Not terrible, but just not for me! Gorgeous packaging as always, and It comes with sample strips to spray so you don't have to test them on your skin.
