I really enjoy the taste of this zinc lozenge and treat this like a post meal treat. I'm not only getting a sweet and fun way of taking a supplement, but because it takes a little time to dissolve, I use it as a "dessert" post meal to satisfy my sweet tooth AND give me a long enough break after eating so my body recognizes I am full. Win-win!
