We have a new 3 and new 6 year old, and we got this as a sort of bridge between them. The things are a little complicated for the 3 year old (but easily modifiable), and the 6 year old loves them even though they're easy. We're doing a year of homeschooling for kindergarten, and it's been fun to pair with the Right Start Montessori-based math curriculum we have as our core for the 6 year old. They have specific pattern instructions, then we make it playful and sort of use this as a "fun reward" game at the end of the lesson, or as a bridge to gamify some of the more tricky concepts. We think the 6 year old will love the next set when it comes out, and the 3 year old is already having fun exploring the pack it up game. The only tricky thing is that the cup squishing game doesn't want to stay squished, but we were playing it on carpet and maybe just not squishing hard enough.

Math skill set
This set is perfect for my son who is 5 years old going to Kindergarten. I love how all the games come with a instruction and have multiple ways to play. I also love how my 3 year old can join him. I totally recommend this set! You’ll love it.
