Very fine and dissolves well

Much better than the gritty creatine from V.P. I used to use. I bring 1 scoop in a 12 oz mason jar and add water to it right after my workout drinking it within 5 minutes (I'm thirsty anyway!). My sprint intervals have improved and so has my overall strength and power. Very pleased!

Dissolves well, no side effects

This creatine dissolves better than the cheaper creatine I had. I would have to guess this was comparable to German manufactured creatine without all the contaminants.
