Gold Rope Chain 8mm

I recently bought a bracelet for my sister‘s 70th birthday. I gave the bracelet to my sister only to Find that the bracelet would not fasten the padlock on the bracelet did not fasten would not click together totally unable to fascinate it so I asked for placement bracelet I paid for the postage to send the old one back and get a replacement bracelet however the replacement bracelet came out and had the same fault on it as the first one did so I gave it to my sister for the second time as a birthday present only to find out that that one didn’t fasten either so my embarrassment I then had to ask her to give me the bracelet back so I could return it again and this time I’m asking for a full refund as I’m very disappointed with these products. I’ve bought products in the past and they’ve been excellent. Never had any issues. I don’t understand what the issue is with this new bracelet that they’ve recently released there’s a new product. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am it was a curb chain gold bracelet with a heart shaped padlock 8 mm 8”

Bought the exact same chain as I did in January as I lost my last one Quality as gone right down the drain looks nothing like my old feels rubbish and looks yellow
