I tried two different brands of period underwear. Saalt’s were light weight and didn’t make me feel like I was wearing a diaper. I normally wear a super pad and change out 3-4 times in a day on my heavy days. I wore one of the supers for 10 hours overnight and it didn’t leak. It started to feel “wet” against my skin about at 9 hours. Washed out well. Really enjoyed my experience and has decided to get more and try during the day!

These fit normally for me size Small. The band sits well and no gaping or weird fit like I was worried about seeing some reviews. They feel very true to size, and very cute! The tag inside was a bit uncomfortable which I cut off, and just happy as can be with these so far! Washed and worn twice at this point.

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately I experienced a leak the first time I wore them. I purchased the Super absorbency and was also wearing a tampon, so the underwear was only being used as backup protection. Despite that, blood leaked around the side of the gusset and onto my clothing. I was surprised and disappointed, especially given the Super absorbency rating. I wonder if the gusset/absorbent area is simply too narrow for me.
