We chose this prime Italian variety for its wide, tender leaves and proud stature. Genovese is a classic form of an herb we all know and love for its rich taste and scent. Reminiscent of anise and cloves, basil is found in cuisines all over the world.

Easy to Grow
We love having herbs at our finger tips. The counter stand provides us with that capability. Our spearmint and basil took off immediately, while the bunching green onions took a bit longer.

Genovese Basil
The basil grows amazingly well. So healthy and green, smells great and I use it in salads, tomatoe sauce,
and just about everything I cook. I love growing basil all year round in Florida!!

I especially love the Genovese Basil. I have made so much pesto! So much I gift my neighbors with a jar!! This is the craziest growing plant!
