I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro, and I love every bit of it. The Tech Genius team was excellent. When they noticed that the phone I had selected still had issues, they contacted me and offered an improved one for the same price. I agreed, and I am so glad I did. The phone arrived looking brand new and has excellent battery life. Also, thank you to Moh for making sure I received my 5% discount on the same day of purchase, even though I had some difficulties on my end. Excellent customer care, Moh! Great Customer Service and Customer Appreciation

I ordered 2 i-phones at a great price.The phones were billed as "excellent" and the phones were shipped to Thunder Bay by Intelcom/Dragonfly delivery service.When the package arrived it had been clearly opened by the driver or warehouse staff at Dragonfly locally in Thunder Bay.I contacted Tech Genius and were very accommodating.They sent another phone,even though it was the delivery company that basically stole one phone.They opened the package and said we weren't home at time of delivery(which we were).They resealed the package and delivered only 1 phone the next day.The driver quit 2 days later!We arranged to deliver the replacement phone by Purolator and have received another "excellent"phone.I have been in retail management for 38 years and ..THIS IS GREAT customer service!
