My box is destroyed. This is a $500 product. As we were carrying it in the directions fell Out if the box. The box was damaged taped snd damaged some more. We didnt even open it. Im afraid it isn’t going to work. I want to return it. Fedex sucks!!

I havent even turned it on yet but the build quality is terrible. I can make the entire griddle sway with one finger. I am very upset. I thought blackstone was supposed to be the best as far as mass produced griddles.
