Caciottina olive e peperoncino

Addicted to this cheese.

It's so smooth and easy to eat. I didn't even use crackers. Going to try it shredded on pizza soon!

Consistently excellent

I've been buying Siano Mozzarella's products for a while now, and they are consistently excellent every single time. The "caciottina olive e peperoncino", the "stracciatella" and the "burrata al tartufo" are among my favorite cheeses. Siano's products always have a fresh flavor. The mozzarella is soft and creamy just like good mozzarella should be, and the quality never slips. Whether I'm using it for a caprese salad or melting it on a homemade pizza, it always delivers.
