Product was received broken. I needed this combo for an upcoming trip. I do not have enough time to send the broken combo back and risk not receiving a replacement before my trip. Was hoping Abu Garcia would ship a replacement pole so we could prevent the delay in returning the damaged product, processing the return, and then shipment of the replacement.
