The product was as advertised and the shipping was quick. But seemed way overpriced for what we received. It is simply appx 10 strips of thin, slightly curved felt that you stick on the bottom of your chair. It did do the job, but in hindsight at $30/chair (and we have two), I would have purchased generic branded materials and cut my own.
