Service is great - 'clutch' quality poor

The customer service I received was fantastic, and I love the actual pin design and execution, all great great great. However, the 'back' or 'clutch' of the pin was such poor quality that many of them could not be used initially, and many more could only be used once before they stopped 'clasping' the pin. I became tired and embarrassed of how many people came and asked me for another 'back' for their pin.
