I love the taste of the product and everything about the product itself, however, they take forever to ship, and also half the time when they arrive the product is smooshed, and the chocolate has already crystallized. I looked at the expiration date, and it’s a long ways out, so it’s not an old product, but it’s not like it’s being shipped to the lower 48 where it’s hotter than Hades, it’s being shipped to Alaska, so cool weather where it shouldn’t oxidize the chocolate.
