Didn’t do it for me

I bought these to assist with noise sensitivity as I have ME/CFS but find they don’t sit in my ears comfortably. I’ve tried to persevere but I can’t get them to fit to where I’m not conscious of them or feel they are popping out

Too small

As I have very large ear canals I will be returning mine as they kept falling out. I have watched the fitting instructions and I am fitting them correctly. I’m sure that’s not the case for most people but they didn’t work for me.

I purchased 2 pair. One for my daughter and one for myself. Both are still unopened. Unfortunately one of the two sets sent to me were incorrect. I ordered two packets of calmer soft and received one soft and one not. I have emailed Earjobs twice asking for a replacement for the one I ordered. I never get a reply. Very frustrating.
