An elevated version of the classic Black forest Cake.
Rich chocolate mud soaked in black raspberry liqueur. Layers of fluffy changing, sour dark fruit compote, fresh berries and coverture crisp pearls. Smothered in chocolate frosting, flakes with cherries on top.
