I previously placed an order for TruFlat Natural with I really like. I placed a second order for what I thought was the same product. The descriptions on the website are similar (TruFlat Natural and TruFlat Laser Wood). I ordered the TruFlat Laser Wood by mistake so once it was delivered I realized I had made a mistake. I contacted MakerFlo to let them know that I wanted to return the unused product and they agreed that the website descriptions are somewhat misunderstanding. But they still wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping to return the item. After some discussion through email they agreed to waive the 15% restocking fee, but I had to pay shipping to return the items. Please keep this in mind if you plan to order from them.

TruFlat is excellent for multilayer artwork. It cuts cleanly, stays flat, and gives each piece a polished, professional finish.
