Disappointing Product, Long Shipping Time, and Poor Packaging

The fan itself is disappointing. The first speed setting is okay, but starting from the second setting, the noise becomes extremely loud and sharp. It is not just loud—it is very piercing and uncomfortable to listen to. It also took forever to receive the item. It was shipped all the way from China, and the packaging was very poor. The box was badly deformed during shipping. Overall, I am very disappointed with the product and the entire experience.
