Love the flavor. I have tried a lot of preworkouts and this one is by far my favorite! The thermo gets you sweating but it’s not overpowering to the point where your stomach hurts like some brands.

Unfortunately we did not like the flavor/taste of this one. It was like an awful spicy burn in your throat so it made it very hard to finish.

I was excited about this new flavor!! It’s different than the other flavors I’ve been taking. Not as much caffeine as some but I love the burn, energy and push I get through my workout!
