This mask helps me relax so quickly. It feels like I put it on, lay down, and I'm out instantly. It's comfortable, soft, and blocks out all light. I woke up after taking a nap. Love this product It is soft gel mask with a cut out design so that you can open your eyes while still wearing the mask. It was great to use while having sinus problems and the mask relieved the pain
