Wow!!
First time ordering and I am VERY impressed! Packed perfectly and with care my 12 loaves of bread arrived 1 day early and in perfect condition!! I will definitely order again.

Not quite adequate for hot summer weather -- needs more ice packs
While better than nothing in hot weather, without more ice packs, this really doesn't hold up to hot summer weather. I had some chocolate delivered that was badly melted on arrival. The ice pack was completely melted and the contents of the cold pack were warm on arrival.

I've always bought my Royo bread directly from the Royo bakery company. However, this time I purchased from Netrition. I was so surprised they shipped FedEx 2day for the same shipping cost that Royo ships via USPS. And they packed it in a super nice, reusable cooler bag with an ice pack and cardboard dividers to prevent smashing!
