XPEL Ultimate Plus? Doubtful

Went with pre cut for my complex front end after doing a bulk hood previously with XPEL Ultimate Plus and not wanting to try tackling making intricate shapes myself. The template received was cut well, shapes seemed to match my front end well. The material? I seriously question this was XPEL Ultimate Plus as it was nowhere near as thick as what I had for my bulk install. The material received wasn't much thicker than a couple layers of clear packing tape. While it applied well, I am skeptical it will have the debris protection needed for a front end over the course of winter driving seasons. It is certainly not as robust as the bulk product I obtained elsewhere.

Ordered weeks ago, kept saying out for delivery, repeatedly asked for the status. Finally got the well reinforce tube. What was in it? the sprays and tools. No kit to install. Will never buy from them again. Wasted money.
