WONDERFUL Product !

I can not even begin to say THANK YOU enough times ! My husband is type 2 diabetic and he has missed so many of the foods he loves because he controls it with diet not pills. With this flour I have been able to make him biscuits, cakes, cookies and even gravy ! This is a WONDERFUL replacement to AP flour and you can't even tell the difference ! I LOVE IT ! THANK YOU !!!
