Mobile Miter Saw Stand Plans

Love the design and the plans. Very helpful; even more helpful is the video you produced to go with the plans. I've viewed it several times as I've been putting the stand together. Getting close to being finished, but I've noticed one problem with the hardware I'm using. When I put one of the side wings on, I noticed that it moves around a little bit (forward and aft) when it is in the raised position. This could be a problem when using the fence to line up a board with the saw's fence. As I investigated, I found there is some slop in the piano hinge I purchased from one of the box stores (some gaps between the sections of the hinge which allow the side wing to move forward and back). Any recommendations on a hinge brand that won't have that kind of slop in it?

Pretty easy to follow plans, if I can build it pretty much anyone can. Able to read, cut straight and double check each before cutting or nailing.

The plans are good and easy to read. However, I have not had time to attempt building due to medical reasons.
