As iam still just starting i cant say much about the longterm effect yet. What surprised me though was the fact,that its mentioned that with the toothpowder you might need some adjustment to the new feeling with it. I actually don't need that! As if my body already knew whats needed plus the flavor (native brush) i could eat it as is!😅 Anyways,iam looking forward to what it does longterm and iam willing to stock up again!
