The Teched Out Case Chestnut

I imagine if I ever actually received this, it would be a cute case. I ordered almost a month ago and have not received my package. I have tried contacting Customer Service multiple times and finally after weeks they responded saying I could have a 15% of my future order. There has been no attempt to resend my order, locate my order or Give me a refund. My tracking information has not been updated in three weeks time and I assume at this point it is lost. I think I spent money and it has been wasted. Truly truly save your money and buy from a company that cares about their customers.
