3rd one I’ve had and they all worked well. Downside is WiFi connection hasn’t worked since I bought it and it’s a known issue that has t been resolved then to top it off your still using a Micro USB connection that no one uses anymore and don’t both to provide a $3 cord. . little stuff goes a long way, and we the people notice when a good company starts cutting corners

Many helpful features

Many more functions/features than my previous 9500ix series. Still getting used to it as it is not as loud as the 9500 and the display isn't as bright as the 9500. The direction of the threat feature is very helpful

This dedector is high quality. I evaluated the performance on a recent drive from Dallas to Houston. The alerts were true, meaning that there were no false alarms. Radar sources were police, speed cameras, and retail stores. The detector picked up all of these but was not overly noisy and annoying. It has the right balance of filtering out the false alarms from the "real" alerts and speed traps. I like the ease of installation and the performance. I strongly recommend purchasing it.
