Terrible Customer Service

I've been reaching out to RepairPartsUSA for over two weeks after submitting a return authorization request because I ended up going to a repair shop and didn't use the screen and tool kit I had ordered. All communication has been ignored. The only communication I've gotten is a couple of emails asking me to leave a review. Takes a lot of nerve to ask for a review while ignoring my requests.
