I got a medium based on there measurments and after 3 weeks of rideing it has losened up pretty lose so id say go a size smaller it is a louder helmet and when you get up to 80 you cant hear your music it needs better speakers in it and i wish i would have down sized forsure instead of went with there sizeing chart

The sena outforce helmet is great if you size down and only ride at about 45 miles an hour but anything over that yoy cant really hear your music. The communication system for phone calls works good but mysic isnt as loud as it should be for 200$

The outside shell is nice but the padding is thin and feels cheap. The audio is loud and clear but the helmet lets a lot of sound in so its like listening to the radio with the windows open. This is my first bluetooth helmet experience so maybe I am expecting too much, but I sent it back.
