Bracelet arrived broken. The other one does not clasp and easily falls off.

I really love this bracelet so much and it is beautiful bracelet and i am so very happy

Comapny tild me they cancelled tje order because they said i didn’t have a deliverable address! Of course I do! They utilized an outdated Google map. Very disappointed.
