Replacement Spigot - All Systems

304 Stainless Steel - NO!

I ordered the replacement spigot based on the website stating it was high quality 304SS. I noticed the spigot was made in China upon receipt. As a mechanical engineer and long experience with stainless steel from China I checked to see if the spigot was magnetic. I called customer service an treated like I was an idiot. False advertising!!!

Love it so far. I’ve been struggling to find something to filter water in my NYC apartment and this is doing the job! The compact fits nicely on my countertop. I’m excited to continue to use it and hopeful that the filter life will last as long as they say it does!

It fell like it's built well to last.but.. this flow rate is too slow and I find it annoying to wait for a fill now after about 15 years of Berkey flow. I fill a gallon jug in the mornings for the day, At least I've learned to make it so it can fit under without hands and I can walk away while it's filling, Just waiting for the over spill accident to show up, lol It's a difference I was not expecting.
