This bag fits my Vivo Barefoot shoes, gym bottoms and top, socks, and a small lotion and sweat towel. This is such a perfect little gym bag. I will show the Grey Feather color as the Cedar was out of stock. The customer service on that situation was proactive and very helpful. I LOVE this bag. I go to my work gym so i dont need to bring a towel or a bunch of stuff. If you dont need to change or shower this is the perfect size to fit lightweight shoes and an outfit! Cheers!
I also cut off the yogo mat straps as i didnt need them, them coated the ends to ensure they didnt fray/unravel.

This is a good bag but the zippers need to extend a bit over the end. This would make it easier to open and close
