Fleur De Sel Brownies

Super salty

The brownies were super salty and small. I ate half of one and gave the rest of them away. I wish that I could have tasted one before I bought a box, but you can't so my loss.

Ohh fudge!

These are so delicious! Love them straight out of the fridge- super fudgy, chocolatey and that perfect hint of salt. I was sent the variety pack on accident with another order, tried this one in the variety pack and bought 4 boxes immediately. Super delicious, clean products and amazing customer service, will definitely continue to buy.

Lexington Bakes' Hazelnut Crunch Brownies are occasionally available on Good Eggs, so I knew they were amazing -- but hadn't previously tried these Fleur de Sel Brownies. As I generally avoid wheat, I was delighted to see that these are made with oat flour, and ordered a box to try. Happy to report that they are absolutely *delicious* -- with a beautifully fudgy texture, fantastic rich flavor, and a perfect sweet / salt balance. As a bonus, Lex provided the most excellent guest care (I'd emailed in with an ingredient question, fully expecting an auto-reply, or an employee's response -- but Lex himself answered, and was at that moment updating the site to display the pertinent info). Recommend these treats wholeheartedly! (-:
