My order never came in. Refund was never offered
I reached out multiple times for a refund since my order was lost in the mail. Customer service never offered and ensured that my package was coming. However, I ordered end these items for a specific trip, and I gave a generous buffer for them to come in. After about a month, the package is still marked as being in Brisbane. No compensation has been offered. I am extremely disappointed. Additionally, if the items ever do come in, which I will be returning them because they did not come in time for my intended purpose, I am still required to pay the $20 return fee. This is inappropriate and disappointing from a brand that I loved.
