We started buying coffee from you as we found it amazing during a trip to NYC during winter. And some of the things we loved about it was the aroma & freshness of it.
We've been receiving Sombra coffee for the last several months for espresso brewing. The coffee on order #236390 was somehow different. Something was off. The aroma was sort of not there and when pulling a double shot there was a low extraction pressure. And we believe other variables were on point. So we're wondering if something was off with the beans...
