magnesium+ rest & recovery

Sleep..sleep..sleep

I absolutely love this drink. It's yummy and I have been able to sleep 7-9 hours. Before this I was maybe getting 5 hours of sleep. I wish it was in a pill form. because it does cause me to get up in the night to go to the bathroom. I'm going to try to drink it earlier to see it that helps.

Great Product

This product has made such a difference in the way I sleep at night. I actually sleep through the night. This has been such a big GameChanger for me. I would definitely give it a try..

Three weeks and I am noticing a more restful sleep

I have taken magnesium supplements in the past and I know of the benefits of tart cherry. Having the two combined in one 8oz. drink is amazing! I am not completely fond of the taste, but it’s not too bad (and the benefits outweigh the taste).
