Famous 'OG' Oxtail Softballs

This is the first time that the softball were salty but don't worry I made some oxtail soup with g them with no added seasoning just perfect. The order did arrive a little late than I anticipated but should have ordered earlier Sill have the sausages to eat but I know that they are going to be excellent like the brisket. Thanks Les and family very enjoyable food keep going might want to add the oxtail soup to your line up I got first dibs.🙂

The oxtail are not nearly as large as those you see in the ads which look like, well, softball size. The 4 delivered to my door were somewhere between baseball and golf ball size but are delicious. For nearly $300 delivered for 4 small oxtail and 4 sausage—which are delicious—I wish the size was more consistent with the advertisement for the price to make sense. I am glad I tried them.

My OG oxtails were delicious. I can't say enough about the quality, I'm completely satisfied. I saved two for the first Sunday of NFL. I'm a a Dallas Cowboy fan so I wanted to enjoy my meal before the game but saved one for tomorrow for a celebration or to lift my spirits. Great job Les and the rest of the team!
