I find it far too salty. It's not suitable for dipping, although I've not tried it on sandwiches nor salad nor stir-fry, I doubt I'll like it. I'll need to tweak it to my liking 🙂, a matter of taste really.

I ordered this even though I'd never heard of it before. Everything, everywhere - seemed a bit of an odd one and a boastful claim. I have so far used it with a rice concoction I made and with a hoi sin then a black bean type of sauce with my stir fries and to be honest, it is great. . Adds a lovely spice to the flavour. I last used it by adding a spoonful to an onion, pepper and mushroom only stir fry that I had with a steak and again, the taste was lovely. If you have never tried this then I would recommend you give it a go. I don't think I have found 'THE recipe' that is will forever be used with and I haven't yet used it for dipping things in, but that is surely to come. In short - everything everywhere is not an unreasonable claim !

When we are away in the motorhome it's good to have a few things which are multipurpose - this does just what it says and is a great hit.
