These edible insects are collected in select parts of the country only once or twice a year during the first major rains of the season — that’s to say, a narrow geographic region within an even narrower window of time. Large quantity which is nice and these are fun to try but i cant say they taste good. Its not that they are bad its just that they sort of taste like you are eating a piece of charcol or something. Sort of smokey but sort of taste like nothing
