I’ve had such an amazing experience with Rapunzille! Their customer service truly goes above and beyond. I reached out about a pair of Tiny CZ Lobe Huggies that I had worn and loved for over two years after one of the stones came out. Even though it wasn’t considered a manufacturing issue because of how long I’d had them, they still offered to include a brand-new pair with my order as a goodwill gesture, which was so incredibly kind. Then, when my order arrived, I accidentally received the Bittersweet Pearl Bracelet instead of the anklet I had ordered. I contacted them and they responded right away, apologized for the mix-up, arranged to send the correct anklet, AND told me to keep the bracelet as a gift! Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them says so much. Every interaction I’ve had with Rapunzille has been so friendly, generous, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their experience. I already loved their jewellery, but their customer service has made me love the brand even more. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them!
