Sesh® ANC Active

all in all 5 stars. normally i would dock one for the issue i experienced but the service in support from skullcandy has been the best i have encountered in over 10 years from a company that does retail sales. I would rate higher if i could. now for the bad news. case on this model doesnt stay closed well regardless of how they r placed or what tips you use. also the anc is non existant. if i had paid retail for these i would be furious. all in all the buds are comfy, the sound signature is really good for the price tier on these. the app is intuitive and the spotify tap feature is a game changer.

The earbuds themselves are fine, but for the life if them they won’t stay off while they’re in the case. Even while they’re in the case they’ll still turn and connect to my phone which has been a very frustrating experience, especially while driving and messing with the cars Bluetooth.

I noticed an error in shipping details moments after I clicked the order button... which was apparently too late. I spent hours trying to change the detail. They would not let me update the detail. Because of this, my shipment got delivered to the incorrect address. So, someone else has my $100 earbuds, and I can't do anything about it.
