Prenatal Multivitamin

Love these prenatals!

I’ve been very happy with Ritual. The auto-ship program makes it easy, ensures I get my prenatals right when I need them. Love the lemon essence. Most importantly, love the quality ingredients!

Excellent Prenatal

I decided to purchase this prenatal vitamin at the recommendation of my midwife. I tend to suffer from really bad nausea and other digestive issues in my pregnancies, so while the list of vitamins and minerals in this pill isn't as extensive as some of the other brands my midwife recommends, that was perfect to avoid irritating my overly-sensitive stomach. I really appreciate that the scent tablet masks that smell that vitamins often have - one of the other prenatal vitamins I tried smelled so awful to me that I couldn't be in the room where I opened the bottle for several minutes afterwards! All in all, I'm very happy with this product, and while I haven't noticed any particular, visible benefits from taking it, I am glad to know that I'm giving my body more of what it needs to keep me and my baby healthy.

These multivitamins are so easy to take and do not bother me at all. I like the form of folate that they contain and that they have choline; overall a great blend of nutrients! I've been taking them for years and they have supported me though a pregnancy and I am continuing to take them to prepare for another one. Mint is my favourite, but citrus is good too!
