Store visit

Well worth visiting store when you are in the area! Bought enough Rauma yarn to make a shawl and a vest, so far I have started the shawl and am very pleased with my choice, am curious to wash and block finished item to see the result. Also purchased book “ 52 weeks of sweaters” which has many basic patterns that I want to use to play with color combinations. They were very helpful and what I really loved was that they went back into the warehouse to complete my request for more skeins of a certain dye lot.

Woolly and wonderful

I am a woman who seriously wants to outlive my stash. I am making a concerted effort to make use of stash yarns in projects. I have had some of this yarn in “stash” for awhile. I purchased some additional skeins for a project and I love it. I look forward to knitting with more of this yarn. It could easily become my go to yarn.
