middling sencha

Mild sencha with a somewhat "dry" flavor. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing I would order again. I've tried playing with steeping times and cannot pull off a full flavor that does not also get bitter. Either I lose flavor or get bitter. But that may be up to personal taste.

Good Tea

Good tea. I find infusing the first two cups at 73-75C lowers the bitterness. After that it seems fine closer to 80C.

My favorite one

The taste is great and it actually looks green when steeped and not yellow
