UPDATED! What a wonderful experience. Yes there was an issue but it was corrected so quickly. Absolutely would buy again and definitely recommend. Gorgeous binder. I fell in love with it as soon as I opened the box. So excited to put my planner in it with the new matching pen I bought for it. But before i could do anything i realized the snap didn’t work and the binder wouldnt close. I am hoping to be able to get a replacement but unti then I can only give one star.

Beautiful cover. Tight rings. Easy to snap open and closed. Lots of inside pockets. Great design. Sturdy. All covers I received are beautiful colors and designs. Customer service is excellent.
