We loved this! Not our first try at finding something similar to what we had in Argentina many, many years ago. I liked the consistency,,,my husband would have liked it little,thinner!, hahaha,,can’t win ‘em all!!!! Good job!,

Chimi is great!

This is simply fabulous! The ingredient combination is genius; citrusy, a little spicy, but just right. We use it for meats and also with fresh crusty bread I make. You can’t go wrong with it.
