Fits great, durable material

I have been wearing the interval shirt option for a while. It has a great fit and holds up well. I work out about 6 days a week. I have not had any issues. Very happy with my purchase.

Best, most comfortable, lightest, most flexible and most durable training shirt ever

The interval shirt is the best training shirt I've ever owned. I wanted a shirt that works for a range of exercise, from jogging to weightlifting to general HIIT or cardio. Then I wanted a shirt that is light that you forget it's there, durable despite being light, and non-slim fit such that it doesn't get in the way of movements such as Olympic weightlifting. Then I wanted a shirt that is minimalist, without the loud gym shirt branding or gym bro coding. And the clincher, I want it to feel soft, even luxurious, and not feel like a technical shirt. The Interval met all these, and it's so comfortable I wear it outside the gym for errands when it's hot out and I want a quick-drying shirt due to sweat or when I want my least fussy shirt on. It really doesn't feel like a technical shirt and feels one step away from a comfortable cotton shirt. It also looks normal enough that I can wear it outside the gym. My only grip is I need XXL and this is the size that sells out in core colors less than a day after restocking!

Best workout shirt

I have put this shirt through the test of time. It’s very durable during my heavy kettle bell and sand bag sessions. I have a few in my wardrobe and will continue to buy more.
