Was having an issue that the camera stopped taking many pictures? Staff troubleshooting thought it was a SIM card issue and wanted to send me a new card. Unfortunately, I was actually leaving to travel the 300 miles to the actual camera location in the Northwoods. RidgeTec actually sent the card directly to my cabin. I was able to install it while I was there and have not had an issue with it since! Excellent customer service, they worked with me to solve the issue ASAP!
