Although I haven't yet used the book I am reading the prompts and seeing how I feel each evening when I look through the book. I enjoying reading the prompts as they really do get me thinking.

I like the prompts. They are really useful when you're trying to find ways of getting your feelings out, which is great. I would like a few blank pages because sometimes the prompts don't match the feeling that is there that needs to be discussed and having three or four journals going at the same time is just a bit too much to manage. However, well I'm not consistent this is the first time I've actually had a journal that I've been able to write in most days, which is good. I use in conjunction with another one.
